  • Nutrition logs: Meal entries and Hydration photos.
  • Usage data: App performance and feature usage statistics.

2. Why We Request Permissions

  • Camera & Gallery: To snap or upload food photos for logs and share images in chat.
  • Activity: To track steps and physical movement for fitness progress.
  • Microphone: To record voice notes for communication with experts.
  • Notifications: For meal reminders, hydration alerts, and chat messages.
  • Storage: To save and retrieve your logs and profile media locally.

3. How We Use & Retain Data

  • Guidance: Providing personalized nutritional guidance and improving health tracking features.
  • Local Storage: Certain preferences and temporary logs are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Retention: Online data is deleted upon account removal; local data is cleared when you uninstall the app.

4. Account & Data Deletion

Users can delete their account directly from the Profile settings.

Upon deletion, all personal data (profile, chat history, and nutrition logs) will be PERMANENTLY removed from our servers.

5. Data Sharing & Security

  • No Selling: We DO NOT sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
  • Essential Services: We only share data with Firebase, AWS, and Ably for core app functionality.
  • Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights & Policy Updates

  • Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or export of your personal data at any time.
  • Transfers: Your data may be stored and processed in servers located outside your country.
